TJ Maxx now selling 16G WiFi iPads

According to Engadget, TJ Maxx now sells 16G WiFi iPads for $399. Im not sure how they are managing to sell the iPad for $100 less than Apple is selling them for, but it seems to be true. Just in time for the Holidays.
