Apple has officially announced the next generation iPhone media event will be on October 4th. Every year Apple intelligently puts cryptic messages on their invitations to hint what the main focus of the event will be about.

Taking a look at the most recent invitation from Apple, the most obvious is the “Let’s Talk iPhone” phrase. In my opinion this means that Apple’s main focus will be iOS 5 and the siri-based assistant feature, along with the Nuance speech to text software and the Wolfram Alpha all of these are features where you “talk” into your iPhone to use.
Another possible message Apple gave us is the little red “1″ on the phone icon. This more than likely means that Apple is releasing only “1″ iPhone this year, and not two like rumors have been anticipating.
Another message and this is a key one, the number “4″ on the calendar. Take the number “4″ and the little red number “1″ that is on the phone icon, add them together, Surprise!!! The iPhone “5″ You now have all the pieces to the puzzle that Apple gave you.
With just the four little icons on the invitation it tells you that the event will be held on a Tuesday the 4th at 10:00 thats the obvious, then it also reveals that only “1″ iPhone will be revealed and it it going to be the iPhone “5″
This may seem a little far fetched but Apple is notorious for putting hints along the way depicting what a major event is going to be about. Now you can sit back, relax and wait until new CEO Tim Cook announces when the iPhone 5 will be available for sale.
