Apple has announced that the 2011 WWDC (World Wide Developers Conference) will be at the Moscone West Center in San Francisco CA. They will unveil the iPhone 5, iOS 5. This announcement confirms that iOS 5 will NOT be previewed at a rumored event in April.
Apple’s Phil Schiller:
At this year’s conference we are going to unveil the future of iOS and Mac OS,” said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing. “If you are an iOS or Mac OS X software developer, this is the event that you do not want to miss.
Here are the specifics from Apple:
more than 100 technical sessions presented by Apple engineers on a wide range of technology-specific topics for developing, deploying and integrating the latest iOS and Mac OS technologies
over 1,000 Apple engineers providing developers with code-level assistance, insight into optimal development techniques, and guidance on how they can make the most of iOS and Mac OS technologies in their apps
the opportunity to connect with thousands of fellow iPad®, iPhone® and Mac developers from around the world
Apple Design Awards which recognize iPad, iPhone and Mac apps that demonstrate technical excellence, innovation and outstanding design
Just read that will be a June release date for the iPhone 5, which could happen on June 4 or 6!
Same as many fans, Im looking forward to the iPhone 5 release this year, and hope it will be featured in “Improved Antenna, 1080p HDMI Output, Improved Battery Life, 4G Network” just as commented in iFunia news blog.

Iphone 5. Would be another wonder from Apple? Would be selling like hot cakes? Would it be the most desired phone again?
Without any doubts i would say YES. . . :)
Iphone 4 is a gr8 seller and i do say to lot my friend “Those who can’t have iphone are the only one who don’t like it”
Put an Iphone next to any other phone for a same price and everyone will be wanting to get iphone. Now what i really look into iphone is its new design. There was not much difference in Iphone 3 – Iphone 4, they should reduce the lenght of the phone to make it more smaller.
