iPhone 4G/ iPhone HD Teardown

Before Gizmodo gave the iPhone HD/iPhone 4G back to Apple, they dissected the proto-type device and provided plenty of pictures of what they found inside. It looks as if 50% of the space is taken up by the battery (which is NOT user removable), a drastically smaller metal cased logic board.
They didn’t want to break open the board, so no word if it’s an Apple A4 or related system-on-chip (SoC) like the iPad. There is no word on how much RAM is inside, and no word yet on NAND Flash storage capacity either.
