It shows the all in one piece glass face,LCD,and digitizer of the the upcoming fourth generation iPhone like it was on the original iPhone. In the upcoming version of the iPhone handset, the faceplate appears to be slightly taller than the previous iPhone models. It features a circular hole to the left of the handset speaker that is supposedlu for a front facing camera for the iChat feature.

iLounge, a source close to the story offered a video, from a Columbian repair shop, Smartphone Medic. It shows what is claimed to be the faceplate from a fourth generation iPhone as compared to an iPhone 3G.
