Due to all the flaws in the iPhone 4 pre ordering system, some “already confirmed” customers received cancellation emails with no explanation at all. Whether it was Apple’s issue or AT&T’s issue the customers that received this unexpected notice that their order was cancelled, DEMAND and DESERVE an explanation now. This has caused a major inconvenience for some of us that got our orders cancelled unexpectedly as we were in hopes of getting an iPhone 4 as a fathers day gift, some had their old iPhone already listed on Ebay, and/or some put up with all the aggravation of the pre order server problems and finally got in and pre ordered their iPhone. All to find out a few days later that the order was cancelled, with no reason at all. Please leave a comment below if you did get an explanation response and let us all know what the hell is going on here. On the other hand if you did NOT get an explanation with your cancellation notice, and have no idea why your iPhone 4 order was cancelled, leave a comment to either AT&T or Apple demanding an explanation response.
