There are rumors floating around that iOS 4.2 will arrive Tuesday November 16th, that coming from a reliable source iPhoneHellas. MacStories also adding that the release date was pushed back due to iPad bugs.
Apple is only saying the release date will be “November” I guess that gives them a big margin of error.
