CNET reported that Microsoft’s Hotmail will get support for Microsoft’s Exchange ActiveSync protocol.

Hotmail users will soon be able to type in your username and password as an exchange account and get full push support and synchronization.

On iOS 4 you can set it up alongside your Exchange and Gmail ActiveSync accounts. Thats the whole reason I got rid of my Hotmail account back in 2007 when I purchased my first iPhone. Oh well better late than never.
