Fei Lam, a 17 year old is selling white iPhone 4 conversion kits. He has made over $130,000 in the past 6 months by selling his kits online, so much that he sparked the interest of the legal authorities.

The unbelievable demand among Apple enthusiasts for the long-delayed white version of the iPhone 4 has been compared to the hunt for that legendary white whale, Moby Dick. So when Fei Lam, a high school senior and gadget nerd, got a tip about buying up some white iPhone 4 parts, he saw the opportunity to finally make his passion for electronics pay off.

Fei Lam said he had a special contact from the company Foxconn (the manufacturer that supplies Apple with iPhone parts) Lam said he was using the money to put himself through college. This might just get him a Cell instead of a dormroom, Apple will decide what to do with this incident.
