RovioMobile the makers of the highly addictive iOS game Angry Birds have come up with another way for feed our Angry Birds addiction. The next version will be coming to the App Store in March 2011. This new game will not be a sequel, it will be a licensed game based on the upcoming animated film Rio.

They have posted a YouTube video about it and also have been Twittering it. Rio is an animated film about rare birds being kidnapped by other birds and they try to escape to their freedom. This tells us that the new version of Angry Birds will be more than likely fighting other birds rather than pigs.

Rio will be released on April 15th but the new version of Angry Birds will be available in March. Take a look at this video and let us know what you think in the comments.
