The Amway Global Learning Center application includes a video and discussion guide featuring secrets of successful selling from real IBO’s, a video and a collection of tips on engaging your audience by Tony Jeary, and a video and discussion guide on why Amway is the right business for you. In addition to providing unlimited viewings (no network connection required), the app also includes a leader-follower feature that allows synchronous viewing of each discussion guide (only available on 2nd generation iPhone and iPod touch devices). The app also allows users to email a friend links to the app, and a link to the Amway Global website where you can login with your IBO number and access The Learning Center online.

With concepts ranging from training, events, and alliance management, the Amway Global Training and Education department is in constant pursuit of the goal to deliver essential training to every IBO in North America – at each stage in their lifecycle – from a new IBO to an established leader. Currently, training is developed and delivered in six modes: instructor-led training, online learning, webinars, video, audio, and print. The future vision for Amway Global Training and Education is to continually design, develop, and deliver training to IBOs that will help them become more productive and dynamic in all walks of the business.
