ABC Song and 123: Ants Go Marching children apps are now available for download in the app store. Compatible for both the iPhone and iPod touch. The apps are a part of HarperCollins Curious Puppy program of online educational games.
These apps are specially designed to help young children and toddlers get ready for school and preschool with interactive, fun content.
The ABC Song app has catchy music, irresistible graphics that make learning the alphabet into a fun game. The 123: Ants Go Marching app has a similar approach but uses numbers instead of letters.
Here is Susan Katz, president and publisher of HarperCollins children’s books talking about the new apps:
“Children interact with technology at increasingly younger ages, and our apps are an easy way for parents to offer kids an interactive and educational experience. With the launch of these educational apps for kids, we are also launching Curious Puppy, our first e-imprint. Together they show that learning can be fun year-round and mobile applications are a convenient option to keep a child engaged on the go.”
