Redmond Pie decided to try and get the Apple Magic Mouse to work with the iPad, the results looked pretty good, Of course your iPad needs to be jailbroken, you can find info about that here:

Not only did the Magic Mouse work, but so did almost all other bluetooth enabled mice. For those of you not familiar with BT stack Mouse, it is a free utility which was introduced earlier this year for jailbroken devices.

There seems to be little that a jailbreak can’t seem to make work with an Apple device.
